Helen Vozinidis, MSW RSW
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker in good standing with my respective college. I divide my work between two private practices, one in Mississauga and one in Toronto.
I support families, children, adolescents, and adults in their healing journey’s. I have over 17 years of experience working with children, youth and families who have experienced trauma. I have facilitated comprehensive trauma assessments and assessment informed therapy using a variety of modalities. This includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and alternate, yet meaningful vehicles for expressing oneself including art, play, and sandtray.

Sandra Pribanic, RP
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and divide my work between private practices in Toronto and Collingwood.
​
My approach is holistic, and integrates body centered psychotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, early childhood development theories, and early relational and collective trauma.
I work with a broad range of issues including relationships, intimacy, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, depression, effects of early childhood trauma, body image, shame, complex changes in family, and dealing with life threatening illnesses.
In addition, I enjoy running workshops for women that focus on building a powerful inner life, as well as Mindfulness based Workshops for Yoga Teachers & aligned professions.
